Seal it in the return pouch, drop the prepaid envelope at any shipping location. Samples stay valid for 14 days.

Physician review
Your sample is processed in a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited lab, and a Canadian physician reviews every result before you see it.

Results & your plan
Within 2–10 business days your dashboard fills in: your score, every marker explained, and a prioritized action plan. Book an optional advisor consultation for tailored guidance.
