Step 2.
Activate & Collect
Activate your test kit online, and follow the instructions to collect your cheek-swab sample.
Step 3.
Return Your Sample
Mail your sample back to Nutrigenomix’s CLIA-certified and CAP accredited Canadian lab using the prepaid return envelope.
Step 4.
Fill out your Dietary Questionnaire
Check your email for the dietary intake questionnaire, which should take about 30 minutes to complete. This is optional, but the results will be incorporated into your final results if you choose to do so.
Step 5.
Receive Your Results
Within 2 weeks, you will receive an email notification that your report has been posted to your secure LookHealth account.
Step 6.
Follow-Up Support
Once your report is posted, schedule a follow-up consultation (if purchased) to review your results and receive guidance on implementing the recommendations in your daily life.
